Starting in 2025, we’re simplifying membership by eliminating the separate regional New England dues. This means:
· Expanded Access: Renewing your NAEP membership will now include full participation at the national level, opening more opportunities to connect, learn, and grow.
· One Unified Fee: No more separate regional fees—NAEP membership is institutionally based, which means there is no limit to the number of employees you would like added to your institution’s roster. This even includes coworkers outside of the procurement department!
This transition is part of NAEP’s ongoing effort to ensure every member has access to the full breadth of opportunities our association offers. While national membership will cost more than the $50 individual dues the New England region previously charged, the benefits reflect the significant expansion in value now offered to your institution.
Once you have renewed your NAEP membership, all the benefits below will be available to you and your team:
1. NAEP Circle: NAEP’s member-only community platform! All members are invited to connect with peers across the nation and directly with others in their region.
2. On Demand Education: Access content designed to enhance your skills and expertise in educational procurement.
3. Pavilion: NAEP members have access to the nation’s largest network of 100,000+ contracts across national and regional cooperatives.
4. Amazon Business Prime on NAEP: As an active member of NAEP, your organization will have access to exclusive benefits, including waived Business Prime fees. Learn more about this partnership here.
If you have questions regarding your organization’s membership, feel free to reach out to the NAEP Membership Team at membership@naepnet.org.
Thank you for being a valued part of our community. We look forward to continuing to support you regionally in New England, as well as at the national level in 2025
